I have been working in the Fitness Industry since 2007, starting as a group fitness instructor, moving into group exercise manager, and later on to general manager, in a Club in Abu Dhabi.

Since I moved to Dubai, I have been working as a Freelancer Personal Trainer, helping people with weight loss, strength and conditioning, and rehab.

Being passionate about people, fitness, and growth, I had to find a way to influence others positively on a larger scale, starting to lead in the education field, where I joined Les Mills India, the Middle East, and Africa, training instructors for group fitness so that they could themselves help others.

I finished my Master’s Degree in Exercise and Health in 2015. Since then, I have done different certifications, like Lower Back Disorders, Stick Mobility, and Sports Massage.

Back in Portugal, where I was born and raised, I served as Fitness Manager at EDP Gym Lisboa, where I gained valuable experience in developing and implementing effective training programs.

I was born in Bulgaria and although I was interested in psychology from a young age, life circumstances led me to a different career path. After graduating university and obtaining an MBA I started my career in banking in Geneva, Switzerland.

Parallel to my work, I did a second university degree in International Relations. It is only later, when moving to the UAE, that I had the opportunity to go back to what has always intrigued me, the human mind. I was fascinated to discover how powerful our mind is, how powerful and capable we all are to lead a fulfilling life once we tune into our own inner resources and learn to use our mind to our benefit. I started teaching Zumba and dance choreography in 2014 to adults and kids
continuing with Piloxing (Pilates-Boxing) . I got my bachelor’s degree in
Project Management Engineering but ended up pursuing my passion and getting my master’s degree in Exercise Physiology.

In 2019 I started professionally training for a Marathon, COVID came and my
race was postponed! I moved to Dubai in 2021, Started working as a group
exercise instructor (Zumba, BodyPump, Strong- HIIT, Circle Mobility ), and
finally participated in the Dubai Marathon 2023 and finished successfully.
During my journey I realized the importance of having a realistic goal, listening to your body and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. It’s not just about strength but also the discipline and the ability to push through discomfort and a refusal to give up even when things get tough.

This is what inspired me to become a personal trainer. I want to help people,
Inspire and support them to reach above and beyond their goals. To become
healthier, stronger, and more confident with a positive mindset about themselves and their lives.

I was born and raised in France and have always been active since
childhood. I began practicing artistic roller skating at the age of 9 and started
competing at 11 years old. I pursued my skating career until the age of 21,
reaching the national level. Since then, I have continued to engage in physical
activities and have also taken up weightlifting.

I have been working in the fitness industry since 2016, teaching group classes
and one-on-one sessions in Indonesia, Bahrain, and the UAE. I have been based in Dubai since 2018, working as a personal trainer, a roller skating coach, and a roller skating performer. As a former competitor, I am accustomed to striving for and achieving goals.

I am passionate about movement and strength training anatomy. I firmly believe that staying active is crucial for maintaining balance in our lives, both
physically and mentally. As a coach, I am fully dedicated to helping my clients
find this balance and embrace personal growth.
